TRAINING
DESCRIPTION

This profession aims to provide care and assistance in public, private and community health care networks to persons of all ages who are sick or who have physical, psychological, or psychosocial disabilities. The rationale of this occupation is to provide aid to patients so that they may recover or maintain their autonomy and overall health condition.

* SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

This training of less than 900 hours duration does not give access to the Programme post-graduation work permit (PGWP). If you wish to remain in Quebec after your training, it will be your responsibility to plan another alternative such as being hired by a Quebec employer and obtaining a work permit.

This training gives access to MIFI’s Permanent immigration pilot program for orderlies.
