The Assinica wildlife reserve(Réserve faunique Assinica) is one of the most untouched reserves where visitors can fish yellow walleye and great northern pike on one of its many lakes.

The Lacs-Albanel-Mistassini-et-Waconichi wildlife reserve (Réserve faunique des Lacs-Albanel-Mistassini-et-Waconichi) is where space takes on a whole new meaning. Breathe the fresh air from the shore of the largest freshwater lake in Québec, Lac Mistassini, which is 176 km long.
