TRAINING
DESCRIPTION

The objective of this program is to train people capable of carrying out various tasks relating to the extraction of coal and ore. Miners work in metal and non-metal ore mines, as well as for specialized mine construction contractors.

Duration : 930 Hours

IMPORTANT: This training program is not eligible for the PGWP according to the current IRCC list.
NOTE: This list may change with the scheduled update in 2026.

SCHOLARITY LEVEL : Quebec's Secondary 3rd (France's 3rd) or equivalent
LANGUAGE LEVEL :
The level of language required varies according to the training center chosen.
