Secretarial studies - medical
At the end of this program, you will be able to exercise 2 functions: to be an administrative support for medical activities and to transcribe medical reports. You will learn to act as a liaison agent between the different departments of the company. This training will allow you to learn how to enter, format and correct texts. You will also be equipped to perform tasks such as managing diaries and planning projects and events. Through the specialization of the ASP in medical secretarial services, you develop the skills necessary to work within health organizations such as hospitals, CLSCs and private medical practices. You will be able to prepare medical documents, while using medical terminology and provide administrative support to medical staff. It is a stimulating job that requires honesty, discretion and method. An office job as a secretary requires an ability to communicate orally and in writing in French and sometimes in English.
