    Tree pruning

    TRAINING
    DESCRIPTION

    This program aims to train students with use of climbing and access equipment, chain saws, pruning knives, hand saws, chippers, stump cutters, etc. Over time, experienced tree pruners may diagnose trees, estimate work to be done, manage teams and eventually become business owners. They may work for three types of businesses: arboricultural services, clearing services for electrical and telecommunications systems, as well as municipal services.

    Duration : 915 Hours

    IMPORTANT: This training program is eligible for the PGWP according to the current IRCC list.
    NOTE: This list may change with the scheduled update in 2026.
