General building maintenance

TRAINING
DESCRIPTION

The General Building Maintenance program helps students acquire the skills to become a building caretaker, building superintendent, or to start their own business. They will discover how to maintain large commercial buildings, how building systems work, and will use a wide range of tools and industrial grade cleaning products.

Duration : 900 Hours

IMPORTANT: Given IRCC's current mesures regarding the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), it is likely that this training will be eligible for the PGWP. This situation could change at any time depending on immigration announcements and adjustments.
