Manual felling and logging + Maple syrup production (double DEP)

DESCRIPTION

Upon completion of this program, you will have the skills to work in both public and private forests as well as in various forest stands that have commercial value. The Manual Felling and Logging program aims to develop skills related to the manual felling of standing merchant trees and the transport of felled trees or logs to a motor road.   It is a stimulating forest job for those who like to work in the outdoors and in nature. A job as a skidding equipment operator is suitable for active, autonomous and vigilant people who have good manual dexterity.   As for the Maple Production program, you will be able to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to practice the trade of maple production worker.   It is a demanding but rewarding job for those who enjoy working outdoors and have good physical endurance and a good sense of observation. A job as a maple syrup producer is suitable for meticulous and independent people.
