TRAINING
DESCRIPTION

Les technicien-ne-s en soutien informatique sont des intervenant-e-s de première ligne s’occupant de régler des problèmes et de répondre à des demandes informatiques. Appelé-e-s à travailler avec une variété considérable d’équipements et de systèmes récents, vieillissants ou parfois désuets. L’autonomie, la polyvalence de même que la capacité à résoudre des problèmes sont d’autres qualités recherchées par les employeurs. La somme de travail étant souvent élevée, une bonne gestion du stress est également requise.
