L’objectif de ce programme est d’acquérir les connaissances, les habiletés et les attitudes nécessaires pour devenir une vendeuse ou un vendeur qualifié dans le domaine du commerce de détails. Vous apprendrez à communiquer efficacement et conseiller la clientèle, à assurer la commercialisation de produits et de services et à s’intégrer rapidement à un établissement de vente au détail. Un emploi comme conseiller en vente au détail, commis-vendeur ou représentant réclame une personnalité sociable, courtoise et des habiletés en communication. C’est un métier dynamique qui exige parfois de travailler sous pression.
