    DESCRIPTION

    Computer support technicians are front-line responders who deal with solving problems and responding to computer requests. Called upon to work with a considerable variety of recent, aging or sometimes obsolete equipment and systems. Autonomy, versatility and the ability to solve problems are other qualities sought by employers. As the amount of work is often high, good stress management is also required.

    Duration : 1 800 Hours
