Contemporary pastry-making (ASP)

DESCRIPTION

The student who has completed a vocational training can continue to acquire a certificate of professional specialization (ASP). The Contemporary Pastry-Making specialization is designed for creative, independent students with a strong interest in cooking and gastronomy. It’s an excellent way to acquire the skills necessary for a stimulating career. On top of professional cooking, students will learn to prepare, cook, decorate, and present pastries and desserts. They will explore the latest trends and techniques in the fine art of cooking and contemporary pastry making. The costs, the duration (in months) and the training centers offering this specialization will be communicated to you once your application for admission has been completed for the vocational training mentioned in the academic prerequisites.
